PREVENATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTAgri-Plex Heating & Cooling takes great pride in offering our valued customers a Residential Preventative Maintenance Agreement. In order to maintain the highest efficiency and longest life of your heating and cooling equipment, it’s recommended that your unit be serviced twice a year. This preventative service will be done at intervals of approximately six months, one check and service for fall and one check and service for spring. There are many benefits that you obtain when you elect to purchase this maintenance agreement. Maintaining your equipment regularly could help detect problems at an early stage, and possibly alleviate future repairs that could be quite costly. Routine preventative service could also extend the life of your equipment. |

WHAT'S INCLUDEDWith a maintenance agreement, you will receive a reduced price for the two check and service calls, as well as a 10 percent discount on parts, materials, refrigerants or additional labor necessary for repairs on your existing equipment. Senior citizens receive an even greater discount. Agri-Plex recommends that your filters be changed every 30 days, and with our plan you can purchase filters from Agri-Plex at a 10 percent discount. New equipment will have a five percent discount for all maintenance agreement holders. Also, additional diagnostic calls or service calls (other than your twice-yearly preventative check and service calls), will be discounted and as a preferred customer you will be placed on a priority list to be serviced as quickly as possible. |
